Together with pianist Mette Rasmussen and accordeonist Geir Draugsvoll Mattias Rodrick forms Trio Cinématique, a film music ensemble performing special arrangements of great film scores like Nino Rota, Ennio Morricone and others. In the autumn of 2009, Trio Ciématique will perform on Åland and at Konserthuset in Kristianstad.

Gustav Klimt Quartet

Formed in 2004, the Gustav Klimt Quartet is now one of Sweden's most active string quartets. With an outspoken ambition to explore music written around the dissolvement of tonality, the quartet performs primarily in Sweden and Denmark. The Gustav Klimt Quartet consists of the following players: Slava Nam and Ian Peaston, violins, Ulf Johansson, viola and Mattias Rodrick, cello.

Nosferatu

A silent movie live experience featuring the haunting music of Danish composer Helle Solberg. Scored for cello and accordeon to Murnau's classic Dracula adaptation, the show has received rave reviews and played for full houses at art cinemas and film festivals across Europe. Mattias Rodrick has performed the show with accordeonist Geir Draugsvoll in Sweden, England, Scotland, Germany, Denmark, Norway and Iceland. The project has received funding from Nordisk Kulturfond and The Arts Council of England.
